1. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

It must be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery.
2. Return Process
⚠️ Important Note: Please do not send your package back to the sender's address shown on the shipping label. Packages returned without a proper authorization will not be accepted.
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Step 2: Provide your Order Number and a clear description of the item(s) you wish to return.

Step 3: Once your return is authorized, we will send you the correct return shipping address and instructions. Package the item securely and include a copy of your order confirmation inside.
3. Shipping Costs

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective item sent).

We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned package.
4. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected by our warehouse team, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within 7 business days.

Full Order Refund: If you are returning your entire order, the original shipping fee paid at the time of purchase will also be included in your final refund.
5. Exchange Policy
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return process outlined above for a refund, and then place a new order on our website for the desired item.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@curvelinen.com with your order number and clear photos of the damage. Our team will review the issue immediately and provide further instructions on how to proceed.
7. Gift Card Order Policy
Orders purchased or paid for using a Curvelinen Gift Card are final sale and are not eligible for returns, refunds, or product reselections. If you have any questions regarding size, fit, or fabric details before placing your order, please reach out to our team—we are always happy to assist you!
