1. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We are thrilled to offer worldwide shipping to our customers around the globe!
Please note that we ship to most international destinations, as well as the contiguous United States, Alaska, Hawaii, and P.O. Boxes. However, we currently do not ship to U.S. Territories (including Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa, and Northern Mariana Islands).

2. International Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country.
Duties and Taxes: These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Customs Clearance: Curvelinen has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country. Please contact your local customs office for more information.
3. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed and packed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and major U.S. holidays).

Orders placed after 1:00 PM EST on Friday or during the weekend will be processed on the following Monday.

During high-volume seasons or product launches, processing may take up to 3 business days. We appreciate your patience!
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your package is on its way, we will send you a Shipping Confirmation Email containing your tracking number and a link to track your shipment.

Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update on the carrier's website.

5. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Curvelinen is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after they have been marked as "Delivered" by the carrier.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct and secure before placing your order. If you realize you made a mistake in your address, please email us immediately at contact@curvelinen.com. We can only update the address if the order has not yet been processed.

If your package arrives damaged, please take photos of the packaging and reaching out to our support team within 48 hours of delivery.
